The Adoption Process
We have some amazing dogs looking for a forever home. If you are interested please read the section below and complete our adoption application form.
- Adoption – If you are looking to offer one of our dogs a forever home, please complete our Adoption Application Form. We will review your application and if it is successful, we will contact you to arrange a home check.
- Home Check – Once we have received your Application Form, we will contact you to arrange your home check. A home check must be carried out and approved before any dogs can be seen. We do not want to overwhelm the dogs with visitors who may not be suitable adopters.
- Selection – We always like to match each dog with their adopter based on the dog’s needs. Dogs cannot be reserved unfortunately until your home check has been approved. Please contact us for more information on any particular dog using our contact form
Fee
Fee – £400 (depending on vets fees) which includes transportation from Romania, spaying/neutering (unless the dog is too young when travelling), pet passport, flea and worming treatment. We also arrange for chip details to be changed on adoption at no extra cost to the adopter.
We occasionally home dogs from further afield, such as Bosnia, the fee for these dogs is £550.
Please remember we are a not-for-profit volunteer group and we do our best to keep the costs down.
